1 cup butter
3/4 cup dark brown sugar
3/4 cup white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 3/4 cups unbleached flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
2-3 TBS cocoa
1/2 bag white chocolate chips
1/2 bag dark chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 375*F Cream butter, sugars and vanilla. Beat in eggs. Mix in flour that has the salt, baking soda & cocoa sifted in. Mix in chips. Bake for exactly 11 minutes at 375*F.
If you have a Bosch mixer and have cookie wisks, you can do this whole recipe without changing out the paddles. For Bosch or Kitchen Aides switch from wisks to a dough hook when you mix in the flour. For you poor college students...use elbow grease and a really strong spoon to mix in flour or be a little kid and do it by hand.

Wow! These sound great. When I posted my Triple Chocolate Brownie recipe on Tastespotting I accidentally(well, obviously!)forgot the R in triple. Yikes. Just a girlfriend shout out just in case!! We gotta stick together. Merry Christmas!!!
I love the advice for poor college students ;)
